1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using Xclub ("the Platform", "Service", "we", "us", or "our"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of our services.
2. User Accounts & Responsibilities
When you create an account on Xclub, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and account access. You accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
- You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use the platform.
- You agree not to share your credentials or permit unauthorized third-party access to your personal Vault.
- Notify us immediately upon discovering any security breach or unauthorized access.
3. Acceptable Use Policy & Content Restrictions
You retain ownership of the content and files you upload to Xclub. However, you strictly agree NOT to upload, share, or link to any content that:
- Contains malicious code, viruses, malware, keyloggers, or spyware.
- Infringes on the intellectual property, copyright, patent, trademark, or trade secret rights of any third party.
- Contains illegal content, hate speech, harassment, defamation, or child exploitation materials.
- Attempts to bypass or circumvent platform rate limits, CDN edge controls, or authentication protocols.
- Engages in automated scraping, denial-of-service (DoS) attempts, or database brute-forcing.
4. Storage, Bandwidth & CDN Acceleration
Files uploaded to the platform are distributed across global edge CDN nodes (BunnyCDN) and resilient cloud storage (Backblaze B2). We reserve the right to apply bandwidth optimization, file size limits, or remove unaccessed orphaned resources at our discretion to maintain platform performance and stability.
5. Account Termination & Moderation
We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or restrict access to any user account or delete any hosted resource without prior notice if we determine that these Terms of Service have been violated or upon receipt of a valid copyright or legal takedown notice.
